About us

Butter & Bloom is a bespoke cake company based in Kerry, the beautiful southwest of Ireland, specialising in ganache and fondant cakes and delicious bakes made with Irish seasonal and organic ingredients.

Jess, the owner, is a mama, a self-taught baker, and a meticulous artist who pours creativity and care into every detail - no shortcuts. From hand-sculpted figures to delicate sugar flowers, each element is thoughtfully crafted to turn your occasion into something unforgettable. She takes pride in using great-quality local ingredients to ensure her products are made to the highest standard.

Wedding Cakes

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your cake; no cake is officially booked in until this deposit is received. A percentage of the total cake price is required as a deposit to book your date, and the following balance is required to be paid 4 weeks before the wedding date.

Cake tasting boxes are available on selected dates throughout the year. The cost of a cake tasting box, which consists of a selection of six cake flavours to try, is €50. A percentage of this price is then taken away from the overall price if you decide to book your cake with Butter & Bloom.

Occasion Cakes

We create 100% bespoke wedding and celebration cakes. We use Irish ingredients whenever possible in all our creations. Our goal is to craft delicious, homemade cakes that not only taste amazing but also look stunning.

All prices are estimated/minimum prices. Prices are calculated once design, flavour and extra decoration and delivery are agreed upon.

Dessert Tables

At Butter & Bloom, we also offer a range of dessert tables treats. These include cupcakes, brownies, sugar cookies, cheesecakes and personalised table favours. A variety of flavours are also available for each dessert treat. Please contact us for more information and price. The price all depends on the complexity of the designs and flavours.

We also offer table styling. We will work with you to create a beautiful cake display table using both our own and hired props to enhance your cake. Enquire about prices and props available.
